Marbled Chocolate Peanut Cookies

PEANUT BUTTER DOUGH:
1c. butter (No Substitutes), softned
1c. Peanut Butter
1-1/4c. sugar
1-1/4c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs
2 teas. vanilla extract
2-1/2c. all-purpose flour
1/2 teas. baking soda
1/2 teas. salt
1c. chopped peanuts

CHOCOLATE DOUGH:
1c. butter (No Substitutes), softned
1c. packed brown sugar
3/4c. sugar
3 eggs
2 teas. vanilla extract
2-1/2c. all-purpose flour
1/2c baking cocoa
1/2 teas. baking soda
1/2 teas. salt
2c. (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips.


PEANUT BUTTER DOUGH:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt: gradully add to the creamed mixture. Stur in peanuts, set aside.
CHOCOLATE DOUGH:
Cream butter and sugars in another bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt: gradully add to the creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips.
Genty fold into peanut butter dough untill slightly marbled. Drop by heaping Tablespoons 3 in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350' for 14-16 min. till lightly browned and firm. Remove to wire racks to cool.
